Cleanings
We manage the cleaning of holiday homes or private homes, including laundry and garden. Be it these apartments or villas.
We use products that comply with hygiene standards and current anti-COVID19 standards.
We prepare the technical data sheet that certifies the quality of cleaning to be placed on the door so that customers are calm upon their arrival.

Maintenances
Our maintenance team is organized for ordinary and extraordinary interventions of any kind, restorations and renovations.

Transfer
If you need it, we have the possibility to pick up customers up to 8 people directly from the airport with a private transfer with driver. A service that takes you directly to your home, or to the airport.
The driver will receive you personally and the vehicle will be exclusively for you.

Check – IN/OUT
We contact the customers a few days before, we receive them and we explain everything they need or interesting things to see.
We stay in touch and available during their stay and organize the exit, checking that everything has gone well.
At the entrance we also explain the house rules and answer all doubts that guests arriving for the first time on the island may have.
We leave a small welcome chosen by the owner such as water, wine, breakfast and so on.

Photographic Services
We can take professional photos for website such as Booking, Airbnb and we also offer a photo shoot to guests who want to organize their vacation in a different way.
The photo shoots are all made with professional tools and material.
We also create photopanoramics, 360 ° photos and aerial shots with professional drones.

Swimming pools
We take care of the pool cleaning and take care of PH, chlorine and salt.
We have all the tools to measure the values ​​and for the best management of the pool, ensuring perfect operation of the system.

Laundry
